The job will get very rough, very fast and that will. Hardest part of the job, will be maintaining a friendly environment with your fellow staff. It could even be made up with no evidence that the situation actually occurred and will be held against you. If there is a very unhappy guest, no matter if it is your fault or even the restaurants, they have the ability to go right to corporate and file a ticketed complaint. For future employees that may struggle with handling people no matter the persons attitude, I dis-encourage you from applying. You have to learn a lot very quickly and adapt to the high bar set by management. They will have a mandatory training period but it is not nearly long enough or cared about by trainers.
